Reusing JPR Rental Pallets

Rental pallets that are used over and over are contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
However, rental pallets are sometimes damaged by the forklift forks, regardless of whether they are wooden or plastic.
JPR is maximizing the usage of the damaged rental pallets by encouraging repair and recycling.

Repair of plastic pallets

Plastic pallets are repaired by fusing new material to the damaged area.
JPR holds a repair competition to enhance and streamline the repair technique of our staff.

  • Before repair Before repair
  • After repair After repair

Recycling of plastic pallets

We sell plastic pallets that have been damaged to the point where they are difficult to repair by welding and sell them as plastic raw materials to plastic product manufacturers.
A subsidiary of JPR, AKITA ECOPLASH Co., Ltd., contributes to the construction of a recycling-oriented society through container and packaging plastic recycling and molded product manufacturing. We also purchase plastic products that customers want to dispose of as recycled materials. Customers who wish to purchase these products should contact JPR.

Repair of wooden pallets

Repair of wooden pallets

Wooden pallets are repaired to a reusable condition by replacing the parts that were damaged.
Repaired products are high quality and as strong as new, even with replaced parts.

Recycled wooden pallets

Wooden pallets that are damaged beyond the point of repair will be disassembled, and only the parts that do not affect the quality are taken out.
Selected parts will be processed as required, and will be used as spare parts for repair, or recycled as much as possible into new pallets.
