Information Security Policy

1. Purpose of information security

JPR holds important information from customers alongside products and services in conducting business. We naturally fulfill our responsibilities according to the contracts, but at the same time it is our responsibility and social obligation for us business operators to prevent potential information security risks and incidents and provide customers with safety and security.

In order to protect important information assets of JPR and customers and to realize efficient and effective use in accordance with requirements such as laws, regulations and contracts, we have established an information security management system as follows.

2. Basic Policy for Information Security Measures

1. Compliance with laws and regulations

JPR will comply with information security laws, regulations, other norms, and contractual requirements.

2. Information security management system

JPR will establish an Information Security Committee headed by the officer in charge. The Information Security Committee considers issues related to information security and establishes a management system and system for information security in general.

3. Implementation of information security control measures

In order to protect information assets from threats such as leakage, falsification, loss, etc., JPR conducts systematic risk assessments and implements appropriate information security management measures based on the results of risk assessments.

4. Implementation of information security education and training

JPR will continue to provide information security education to JPR employees and related parties, and work to raise awareness of information protection.

5. Review and continuous improvement of information security management system

JPR will regularly review and continuously improve the information security management system in order to respond to changes in the environment surrounding information security.

6. Prevention and correction of information security incidents and accidents

JPR has established a management system to prevent information security incidents/accidents and violations, and builds a system to minimize damage in the event of information security incidents/accidents or violations. We will promptly take appropriate corrective actions to prevent any recurrence.

7. Business continuity management

JPR prepares for emergencies and has a management system in place to ensure business continuity in the event of any accident. We also regularly verify our business continuity plans and strive to maintain them to withstand risk in the case of emergency.
