Received the Special Award in the 20th "Logistics Environment Awards"

JPR, along with Kewpie Corporation (Kewpie), Lion Corporation (Lion), and KANKOKISEN Co., Ltd, received the "Logistics Environmental Awards" special award(*1) at the 20th "Logistics Environmental Awards" held by the Japan Association for Logistics and Transport. This is the second JPR award to be received, following the special award for the "Logistics Environment Grand Prize" in 2009.

Award Detail

This award was received by JPR, Kewpie, and Lion in August 2018, for “joint trunk transportation by three companies in different industries (*2),” which contributed significantly to the development of the logistics industry from the perspective of reducing the impact on the environment.

JPR will continue to make efforts for the realization of a sustainable society through logistics, such as global environmental conservation efforts and support for the "White Logistics" promotion campaign.

    The Logistics Environmental Grand Prize is an award system established in 2000 by the Japan Association for Logistics and Transport. In the logistics division, companies that have contributed to the development of the logistics industry from the perspective of reducing their environmental impact by performing excellent environmental conservation activities, environmental awareness activities, and pioneering technological development have been commended.
