JPR has established the following quality policy, to provide services that satisfy customers.

Basic Principle
- 1. We provide services considering customer requests, social requirements, and with a focus on the environment.
- 2. We will develop new services that are simple and easy to use, and that will continue to satisfy customers for a long time.
- 3. As a pallet pool operator, we will meet the diverse needs of our customers.

We aim to establish strong relationships of trust with customers by pursuing and meeting true requirements together with customers. - 2. Commitment to Quality
All employees recognize the importance of a quality management system, comply with it, and proactively carry out individual quality improvement activities. - 3. Meeting Quality Targets
To achieve 1 and 2 above, we will set quality targets in all departments and promote more effective activities through the Plan-Do-Check-Act management cycle. - 4. Compliance
We will comply with applicable laws and regulations and various agreements. - 5. Continuous improvement of Quality Management System
We will build a quality management system that meets customer requirements and we will continuously work to improve our processes.
