Work hours
JPR allows workers to work in a flexible and efficient way, setting up work hours and work days depending on how busy the work is or depending on the need to correspond with the people outside the company.
External Consultation Desk
JPR has established an "External Consultation Desk" where employees can consult with us while protecting their privacy. Two contact points, one for harassment-related issues and the other for compliance-related issues, have been set up to provide an environment in which employees can seek advice at any time.
The contact points are staffed by officially qualified counselors from outside the company, allowing employees to consult anonymously without fear of being identified.
