LED Installed at the JPR Depot
JPR has installed LED lighting at directly-managed depots as a part of its electricity/energy saving measures introduced in FY2011.
The electricity saving by switching to the LED lighting is approximately 80% of the previous annual power consumption of lighting (based on a provisional value calculated before installation).
The LED lighting was installed first at JPR’s Shimizu Depot in October 2011.
Installation of the LED lighting will continuously proceed to cover 14 JPR depots.
