Human Resource Development
This page introduces part of the JPR human resource development program.
Development of employees is essential to the growth of JPR. JPR provides full support for all employees to develop their skills through various training programs, aspiring for everyone to be their best.
Training system
Training by department | We carry out education and training for the purpose of acquiring skills and specialized knowledge specific to departments and operations. |
---|---|
Level-specific training | The purpose is to raise the abilities required for each position, such as business skills that are commonly required, and attitudes and leadership skills necessary to work actively as JPR employees. From new employees to senior management, it is the foundation of JPR's education and training. |
In-house open lecture | Since fiscal 2007, internal open courses have been held as part of our internal training. The lectures are held by employees to enable them to pass on their work skills and help others acquire a wide range of business knowledge. It is a good opportunity to share knowledge between departments and acquire information and knowledge that cannot be easily obtained through daily work. |
Study group | We hold study sessions using the time before the start of work. Through voluntary participation, employees that want to can attend study sessions on the theme they want to participate in (for example: business strategy, marketing, accounting, etc.). |
English conversation | In order to improve employees' English conversation skills, we hire instructors to conduct English conversation training. |
